Our Staff
Each session is lead by the Supervisor or Deputy Supervisor, together with up to three assistants according to the number of children present in that session. We aim to operate at a better staff : child ratio than the Ofsted requirement and almost always have three staff on duty. All of our staff have relevant qualifications or experience of working with pre-school age children and most are parents themselves. All paediatric First Aider is present at all times.
